One stratagey is mainly used as a joke but with certain people can be sed as a very deadly weapon. It is knw as sheild team six it is where all 5 plays on the team pick operators: Blackbeard, Blitz, Fuze, Montagne, and a recruit which is a character everyone has that has all base game weapons including a balistic sheild.
There are also many others that your squad may or may not be good with it all depends on the skill and the way they play, every operator has a special gadget and some are good with them some are not and then a good fracgtion can play any and get a good outcome. There are a total of 44 players in rainbow six as of 1/18/19 The game is abu tt enter its fourth year and every year they add 4 new maps and 8 new op's they are trying to go for a ten year life cycle so by 2024 the game should have finished and will have 44 maps and 92 operators the game is growing millions every year and they often set up free weekends where the game will be free for about a week or less around holidays and make it from 40-70 percent off the original price to bring in more players.
